With a degree in Psychology, a career in the Metropolitan police and a passion for health and fitness, Kate will sum you up, get you in line and have you targeting your fitness goals with no excuses! Kate is a keen sports fanatic and if you have a particular penchant for anything from a game of football to lengths in the pool, an hour of yoga or the art of Krav Maga ( self defense) she’ll be right there with you no matter your age, ability or fitness level.
